Meet Harriet, the hands (and heart) behind Boujon Bakery's bespoke hand-iced biscuits and cakes. In our cosy Bristol bakery, she runs a range of hands-on masterclasses for every kind of baker, from floral cupcake classes for grown-ups, to guided biscuit decorating for all skill levels, to a 30-minute family session everyone can enjoy together. Everything you need is provided, and you'll bring home your own treat to enjoy.

Hello, I'm Harriet.

I founded Boujon Bakery at home in August 2020. One good thing to come out of the pandemic.

Baking was never really my thing, until I discovered biscuit decorating, drawn in, like a lot of you, by those satisfying icing videos on Instagram. What started as a hobby soon turned into a business.

Six years on, we've grown from my home kitchen to creating bespoke corporate orders of around 1,000 biscuits for names like Snapchat, Penguin Random House, Soho Farmhouse, ArtFarm and Savills, and we have our first premises on Gloucester Road in Bristol which has been open for 2 years now.

Personalised orders are my favourite part of this job. Each one gives me a glimpse into someone's life, their celebration, their story, and it's why I put real care into every single biscuit.
